Spa Supervisor

Key Duties

• Supervise the daily operations of the spa and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise spa therapists and other staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure all treatments and services are delivered according to the spa’s standards.
• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure clients receive a pleasant experience.
• Drive sales by promoting spa services, packages, and other available products.
• Follow up with clients where necessary to encourage repeat bookings and customer retention.
• Monitor bookings and ensure proper scheduling of staff and clients.
• Ensure the spa is clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies.
• Prepare daily operational updates and report issues to management.
• Support the training and development of spa staff.
• Ensure proper handling and care of spa equipment and company property.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa, beauty, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is an added advantage.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively.
• Must be organized, responsible, and result-oriented.
• Must be willing to work Monday-Saturday.
• Must have a professional appearance and good grooming standards.
