Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization’s success.\nSummary of the Job:\nSummary of the JobThe Financial Advisor, Client Advisory Group (CAG) is a trusted financial advisor to, and advocate for, First National Investments & Planning clients and prospects with simple to moderately complex financial planning and investment needs. The FACSS advises through the integrated delivery financial planning, investment management & insurance services. The FACSS will support our existing local, regional, and national client base, working to broaden the scope of client relationships through an understanding of each individual client’s needs, utilizing an open platform, product-agnostic strategies, and commitment to a fiduciary standard.\nAbout This Role:\n\nAbout This Role (primary & additional responsibilities, day-to-day activities)\nServe as an advisor to clients with more traditional investment needs, working to assess client financial situations and determine investment objectives/risk tolerance\nDevelop networks with third party referral sources to identify new business, and partner with internal bank specialists to provide a full array of expertise to clients.\nClient expansion and retention work, including client management, and subject matter expertise in administration and fiduciary obligations\nProvide effective client management services and advisory services to clients which may include investment management, trust, estate planning or business succession planning\nSecurities and trust account administration\nProvide administration assistance to an assigned portfolio observing risk management and compliance policies and governing legal documents\nThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:\nBachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience\n2 years experience in investment and financial services\nFINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations\nState Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contract insurance licenses\nFast thinking sales mentality\nMaintain an ongoing knowledge of the industry and the economy\nCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:\nCompensation range (base pay): $50,630.00-$83,540.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.\nFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.\nWork Environment:\nIt is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
