Role:\nPortfolio Management & Investment Discretion\nManage investment accounts with trading authority within established guidelines and risk parameters\nExecute investment decisions including trade timing, security selection, and portfolio rebalancing\nExercise discretion on cash management strategies, including raising cash in accounts and determining optimal sources\nExpected to assume responsibility for additional accounts throughout the year\nMake independent investment decisions within established guidelines and risk parameters\nTrade Execution & Operations\nExecute equity and fixed income trades with accuracy and timeliness\nTroubleshoot and resolve operations and systems issues across multiple platforms (Axys, Moxy, Genesis, Black Diamond, etc.)\nMaintain operational efficiency and system integrity\nClient Relationship Management\nManage a small portfolio of client relationships\nCommunicate investment information and updates directly with clients\nGenerate monthly performance reports, style tilts, look-throughs, and USCCB compliance checks\nProduce quarterly performance reports for assigned clients\nSupport client communication and service needs\nResearch, Analysis & Presentation\nConduct ongoing research for the Tower Select strategy\nAnalyze investment opportunities and market trends, presenting findings to the investment team\nExpected to expand analytical and presentation responsibilities throughout the year\nPrepare information and materials for the formal CCB Investment Committee\nPrepare weekly bond purchase reports for Portfolio Managers detailing purchases from the previous 7 days\nGenerate ad-hoc reports as requested by the investment team\nMaintain and update the monthly Guidance List\nPerformance Reporting & Analytics\nMonthly: Run fund performance spreadsheets analyzing ETFs and Mutual Funds on the guidance list and distribute to Portfolio Managers\nMonthly: Prepare and distribute fact sheets\nQuarterly: Compile strategy trades for the preceding quarter\nQuarterly: Update the economic review for Portfolio Manager use in client presentations\nQuarterly: Generate Firm Wide Assets report with detailed breakdowns by Portfolio Manager across various categories, including alternative exposure and duration analysis\nInvestment Committee Support\nPrepare materials and information for the CCB Investment Committee\nProvide data, analysis, and insights to support Investment Committee decision-making\nDocument and communicate Investment Committee guidance as needed\nDocumentation & Communication\nMaintain accurate records of all trading activity, investment decisions, and client interactions\nSupport Portfolio Managers with presentation materials and client-facing documentation\nEnsure timely distribution of reports and updates to stakeholders\nInvestment Professional Activities (40-50%):\nPortfolio management and discretionary trading\nClient relationship management and communication\nInvestment research and analysis\nOperational Support Activities (50-60%):\nSystems and operations support\nReport generation and distribution\nData management and in client-facing situations and team presentations\nundefined\nThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required\nCFA Level I candidate or progress toward CFA designation preferred\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in investment management, portfolio operations, or related financial services role\nDemonstrated experience with trade execution in equity and/or fixed income markets\nPrior exposure to client relationship management or client service in a professional setting\nExperience working with portfolio management or trading systems\nPersonal Attributes\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently\nStrong work ethic and commitment to excellence\nContinuous learner with
