Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with peers, customers, and lending staff. **This is a customer facing role**About This Role:\nKey Accountabilities: (not limited to)\nGreeting and assisting customers\nFacilitating customer research and corrections\nProcessing loan payments, advances, and maintenance\nOrigination and maintenance of Commercial deposit accounts\nReal Estate service form assistance\nLoan system workflow assistance\nLoan tracking tasks\nLoan document review\nLoan closing assistance\nComplex loan processing (i.e.- Construction Draws, Floor plans)\nProvide Operational support to lending staff\nThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:\nBasic Qualifications:\n1. Minimum two years’ experience in the banking industry\n2. Strong client service background and skills\n3. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information\n4. Demonstrated written and exceptional interpersonal communication on telephone and personally when greeting clients/prospects/vendors\n5. Ability to complete multiple assignments/projects with quality, accuracy and within set deadlines.\n6. Exceptional attention to detail\n7. High school diploma or GED\nCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:\nCompensation range (base pay): $47,613.00-$78,560.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.\nFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.\nWork Environment:\nIt is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
