Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization’s success.\nSummary of the Job:\nThe Information Technology Sr. Data Analyst plays a critical role in partnering with IT leadership to transform financial and technology data into strategic insights to support informed decision-making within the technology organization. Working directly with the IT senior leadership, this position builds executive-level dashboards and performs financial analysis to optimize technology spending across the enterprise. The role focuses on gathering IT expenditure data, creating compelling visualizations to assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities. This individual will possess strong SQL skills, financial acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.About This Role:\nResponsibilities\nData Collection, Extraction, and Analysis:\nGather IT financial data from multiple sources \nWrite SQL queries to extract and transform data \nMaintain data integrity and quality throughout the financial reporting lifecycle \nProvide data analysis for IT Finance team to identify spending patterns, cost drivers, and budget variances to identify optimization opportunities \nData Visualization, Reporting and Presentation:\nBuild executive-level dashboards and financial visualizations \nDesign and maintain IT financial reports and scorecards for leadership consumption \nPrepare regular budget reports and ad-hoc analysis for IT Leadership \nPresent findings and recommendations to senior IT leadership and finance stakeholders \nData Quality and Integrity:\nPartner with IT Finance team to support budget planning and cost allocation processes \nSupport governance, audit, and compliance requests with accurate financial data \nIdentify trends and anomalies in IT spending to inform strategic decisions \nCollaboration:\nWork closely with IT Leadership and finance teams to understand reporting requirements \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial data processes and accuracy \nSupport technology investment evaluations with data-driven analysis \nThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:\nRequired Skills/Experience\nBachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience \n3+ years' experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or IT finance, preferably in banking or financial services \nStrong SQL skills along with experience working in large datasets \nFinancial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost analysis, or IT financial management \nProven analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting \nStrong communication skills including ability to present to senior management \nExperience with data visualization and reporting (Power BI, Quicksight, or similar tools) \nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and data warehouses (Snowflake) a plus \nStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills \nThis role is onsite 3+ days a week (Downtown Omaha campus) \nCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:\nCompensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.\nFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.\nWork Environment:\nIt is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
