Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization’s success.\nSummary of the Job:\nBusiness ParkMon, Sat, Sun 10pm - 6am\nThurs-Fri - 2pm - 10pm\nDays off Tues and Wed\nThe Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator serves as the central point of contact for physical security operations across FNBO facilities. This position is responsible for monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency response, assisting with access control, and ensuring the safety and security of bank personnel, customers, and assets through vigilant surveillance and timely incident response.\nAbout This Role:\nSecurity Monitoring & Surveillance\nMonitor alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems across multiple FNBO locations\nIdentify and assess security threats, suspicious activity, and safety hazards in real-time\nRespond promptly to alarm activations and determine appropriate response protocols\nMaintain continuous awareness of security incidents and operational status across all monitored facilities\nEmergency Response & Coordination\nServe as primary liaison with local emergency services (police, fire, EMS)\nCoordinate emergency response activities and provide critical information to first responders\nExecute emergency notification procedures and escalation protocols\nMonitor and track emergency situations until resolution\nGuard Force Dispatch\nDispatch security officers to incidents, alarm activations, and service requests\nProvide real-time support and guidance to security personnel in the field\nAccess Control Administration\nAssist with processing access control requests and badge activations/deactivations\nCoordinate building access for after-hours personnel and vendors\nRespond to access-related issues\nVendor & Work Order Management\nCoordinate vendor access to facilities for service calls and installations\nMonitor vendor activity through surveillance systems\nEscalate urgent maintenance issues requiring immediate attention\nCommunication & Reporting\nMaintain professional communication with employees, management, and external partners\nPrepare detailed shift reports documenting all activities and incidents\nBrief incoming shift personnel on ongoing situations and pending issues\nProvide timely updates to management regarding significant events\nMaintain logs and documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements\nThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:\nRequired Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nValid Drivers License\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent observational skills and attention to detail\nStrong decision-making abilities, especially under pressure\nClear and professional verbal and written communication skills\nPreferred Experience\nCollege degree in related field (security management, criminal justice, emergency management, etc.) preferred\n1-2 years of experience in security operations, dispatch, or related field preferred\nExperience with security monitoring systems and CCTV operations preferred\nCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:\nCompensation range (base pay): $41,116.00-$65,787.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.\nFinal compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.\nWork Environment:\nIt is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
