MS Dynamics CRM Administration & Enhancement\nMaintain, configure, and enhance MS Dynamics CRM to align with Commercial Office standards.\n\nDesign and manage custom entities, fields, workflows, business rules, and security roles.\n\nEnsure accurate commercial data capture and structured pipeline management.\n\nMonitor system performance, data integrity, and user adoption.\n\nImplement enhancements aligned to governance and reporting requirements.\n\n2. Power Platform Development (Power Apps & Power Automate)\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power Apps to streamline sales and commercial processes.\n\nBuild and optimize Power Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve governance adherence.\n\nEnsure stability, scalability, and reliability of automation solutions.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements within agreed timelines.\n\n3. Power BI Reporting & Data Visualization\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models.\n\nProvide real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and commercial KPIs.\n\nTranslate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights.\n\nEnsure timely delivery of reporting updates to support management decision-making.\n\n4. Data Quality & Compliance Management\nValidate, cleanse, and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.\n\nAlign CRM data standards with Commercial Office governance policies.\n\nImplement controls to ensure compliance-by-design within workflows and reporting structures.\n\nMonitor data completeness and resolve discrepancies proactively.\n\n5. Data Integration & Process Automation\nSupport integration of MS Dynamics CRM with internal systems (e.g., reporting pipelines, forecasting tools, finance systems).\n\nWork within IT governance guidelines to ensure secure and compliant system integrations.\n\nDrive automation initiatives that reduce manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.\n\nMeasure and report automation impact (e.g., hours saved, processes streamlined).\n\n6. Documentation, Testing & Release Management\nPrepare functional and technical documentation for CRM configurations and Power Platform solutions.\n\nConduct testing (UAT support, regression testing) before deployment of enhancements.\n\nManage change requests and support controlled release cycles.\n\nProvide ongoing operational support and issue resolution for CRM users.\n\nPromote tool adoption and best practices across Commercial teams.\n\nExperience required\n4-8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM administration or development.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\n\nExperience in CRM data modelling, workflow automation, and reporting frameworks.\n\nProficiency in SQL, data transformation, and dashboard development.\n\nUnderstanding of sales processes, commercial governance, and pipeline reporting.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to manage stakeholders and deliver solutions in cross-functional environments.\n\nMicrosoft Dynamics / Power Platform certifications.\n\nExperience working in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments.\n\nExposure to sales operations or commercial office functions.\n\n\">\n\">undefined\n\nAbout FNZ\nFNZ is committed to opening up wealth so that everyone, everywhere can invest in their future on their terms.
