and periodic forecasting cycles \nCoordinating planning inputs from business stakeholders across the Group \nProducing forecast updates, variance analysis, and performance reporting \nMaintaining and enhancing financial models to support planning and scenario analysis \nSupporting the development of financial assumptions used in budgeting and forecasting activities \nPerformance Reporting & Commercial Insight\nDelivering monthly management reporting covering revenue, costs, EBITDA, and cash performance \nProviding clear and meaningful variance commentary against budget and forecast \nAnalysing key business drivers, performance trends, and financial outcomes \nIdentifying risks and opportunities and supporting recommendations for improvement \nProducing executive-ready financial analysis to support strategic decision-making \nManagement Reporting & Data Integrity\nEnsuring consistency between planning outputs and reported financial results \nReconciling data across multiple systems and investigating variances \nSupporting the accuracy, integrity, and quality of management information \nWorking closely with Financial Control teams to ensure robust reporting processes \nContinuous Improvement\nIdentifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and accuracy \nSupporting the development of standardised reporting and planning templates \nContributing to ongoing enhancements across FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies \nHelping drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making \nWhat We're Looking For\nYou'll be analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable working with large volumes of financial data in a fast-moving environment.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience within FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or management reporting roles \nBackground in financial services, FinTech, platform businesses, or other complex commercial environments \nQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) \nStrong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills \nExperience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes \nAbility to interpret financial information and provide meaningful commercial insight \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills \nExperience producing concise and impactful financial commentary \nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines \nPersonal Attributes\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy \nProactive and solutions-focused mindset \nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
