While this role is focused on business partnering, a solid understanding of the wider HR lifecycle is expected.\nExperience working with leaders in a fast-paced and changing business environment.\nExperience supporting organisational change, talent, engagement and workforce initiatives.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with managers and senior leaders.\nExperience working within complex, matrixed or multinational organisations.\nStrong employee relations and people risk management experience.\nStrong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work through ambiguity and balance multiple competing priorities.\nDesirable\nExperience supporting Technology, Engineering, Product, Delivery or Professional Services populations.\nExperience with talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning processes.\nExposure to organisation design or transformation initiatives.\nExperience interpreting workforce data and people metrics.\nFinancial Services, FinTech or Technology industry experience.\nWhat we offer\n26 days of holiday & 7 sick days per year\nHome Office support (flexible working hours)\nMeal Allowance 100 CZK/day\nExtra paid overtime\nMultisport card (available also for partner or child)\nCafeteria system (600 CZK/month)\n26 weeks fully paid maternity and paternity, 8 weeks fully paid bereavement leave, and 2 weeks fully paid emergency leave\nPension or Life Insurance (2% from Contractual Monthly Gross Salary)\nEducation and Training (funding of professional exams, LinkedIn trainings)\nRelocation and Business Trips support\nSupport for statutory leaves (e.g., wedding day, blood donation)\nHealth and Maternity Care\nPremium and On-call Remuneration\nReferral program\nFNZ Intends to comply to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
