This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to wealth management clients, helping them maximise the value of the FNZ Figaro platform through consultancy, business analysis, implementation support and ongoing guidance.\nIf you're passionate about solving complex business challenges, working closely with clients and applying your expertise in wealth management technology, we'd love to hear from you.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting both existing and new FNZ clients throughout the full client lifecycle. Acting as a subject matter expert in Figaro, you'll work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, support platform implementations, deliver training and provide expert advice on system capabilities and best practice.\nYou'll bridge the gap between business and technology, working closely with clients, development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes are delivered.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Consultancy & Relationship Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day Figaro queries and platform usage.\nPresent and demonstrate Figaro capabilities to clients and prospective customers.\nBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on platform functionality and best practice.\nSupport Client Relationship Managers with demonstrations, sales activities and initiatives that promote adoption of FNZ solutions.\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering\nLead business analysis activities across client projects.\nFacilitate workshops and discussions to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.\nTranslate client needs into clear, structured requirements for development teams.\nAct as the key liaison between clients and internal FNZ teams throughout delivery initiatives.\nPlatform Implementation & Support\nSupport clients in implementing new and existing Figaro functionality.\nRecommend process improvements and advise on platform configuration and data changes.\nAssess the impact of changes to third-party systems and business processes.\nAssist clients with troubleshooting, issue diagnosis and identifying practical workarounds where required.\nTraining, Knowledge Transfer & Continuous Improvement\nDeliver client training programmes and knowledge transfer sessions.\nConduct documentation reviews, walkthroughs and internal knowledge sharing activities.\nProvide feedback to FNZ product, development and documentation teams on client usage patterns and emerging requirements.\nPromote continuous improvement and contribute to enhancing client outcomes and platform adoption.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Experience\nExperience within a consulting, business analysis, development or similar client-facing environment.\nStrong knowledge and experience of the FNZ Figaro platform.\nExperience within wealth management, investments, pensions, life insurance or wider financial services.\nStrong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.\nUnderstanding of the regulatory environment in which FNZ and its clients operate.\nProven experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.\nExcellent organisational, administration and time management skills.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nSelf-motivated, delivery focused and comfortable working independently.\nDesirable\nSQL knowledge and experience.\nAdditional client-facing consultancy experience.\nExperience supporting software implementations or platform change projects.\nKnowledge of investment operations and wealth management processes.\nWhy Join FNZ?\nBecome a recognised expert in one of the UK's leading wealth management platforms.\nWork directly with wealth managers, investment firms and financial institutions.\nGain exposure to a wide variety of consulting, business analysis and implementation projects.\nBuild expertise across technology, operations and financial services.\nJoin a collaborative and highly experienced team with excellent opportunities for career development.\nBe part of a global FinTech organisation shaping the future of wealth management.\nAbout FNZ\nFNZ is committed to opening up wealth, helping everyone, everywhere invest in their future.
