Your responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the implementation of complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the development process from conception to delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTranslate complex business, regulatory, and operational requirements into pragmatic solution architectures using cloud deployment models\nPartner with sales and account teams to support pre-sales engagements, including discovery, solution shaping, and technical due diligence.\nDevelop solution proposals, architecture overviews, and high-level estimates for RFPs, RFIs, and bids\nDefine end-to-end architectures across application, data, integration, identity, security, and infrastructure layers, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and regulatory requirements before production deployment\nAlign solutions with enterprise architecture principles, cloud governance standards, and financial services compliance obligations\nProduce and maintain solution architecture artefacts, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration models\nLead solution definitions from pre-sales through implementation and go-live, ensuring architectural continuity; provide hands-on consulting during delivery, coordinating with engineering, platform, security, and operations teams\nSupport production readiness activities including operational design, monitoring, support models, and handover\nExperience required\nSuccessful candidates are likely to have the following skills and experience:\nProven experience in an Architecture or similar role in a technology-driven environment.\nExpertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable, resilient and secure systems incorporating high volume transaction processing and systems integration.\nCommercial awareness, including effort estimation, delivery assumptions, and solution feasibility\nSoftware development experience using multiple programming languages, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles and strong Java skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior client audiences\nExperience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and relevant tools and deployment patterns\nDesirable - prior experience in Financial services, or Capital Markets \nWhat we offer:\n26 days of holiday & 7 sick days per year\nHome Office support (flexible working hours)\nMeal Allowance 100 CZK/day\nExtra paid overtime (upon agreement)\nMultisport card (available also for partner or child)\nCafeteria system (600 CZK/month)\n26 weeks fully paid maternity and paternity leave (including 26 weeks for the Primary Caregiver and 13 weeks for the Secondary Caregiver)\n8 weeks fully paid bereavement leave\n2 weeks fully paid emergency leave\nPension or Life Insurance (2% from Contractual Monthly Gross Salary) - after probation period\nEducation and Training (funding of professional exams, LinkedIn trainings)\nRelocation and Business Trips support\nSupport for statutory leaves (e.g., wedding day, blood donation)\nHealth and Maternity Care\nPremium and On-call Remuneration (upon agreement)\nReferral program\nFNZ Intends to comply to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
