Focused on cash and liquidity management, forecasting and planning, treasury operations, risk and control oversight, and treasury reporting, while partnering with finance and business stakeholders to optimise cash flow, strengthen liquidity resilience, and support strategic treasury initiatives for the UK.\nThis role requires you to develop an understanding of key commercial drivers, engage proactively with Senior Management and challenge internal stakeholders to achieve target cash flows.\nThis is a pivotal role that will not only help to build resilience in our available liquidity but also play a key part in the growth and success of FNZ’s global business.\nThis role will report directly to the UK Treasury Manager and requires attention to detail and a strong personality with great communication skills to ensure a high standards and consistent reporting is maintained.\nSpecific Role Responsibilities\nCash & Liquidity Management\nSupport daily cash management activities.\nMonitor cash balances and liquidity positions across regions and legal entities, escalating issues promptly.\nCoordinate short-term funding requirements and cash deployment activities under agreed authorities.\nHelp maintain sufficient liquidity to support business operations.\nContribute to working capital optimisation initiatives.\nCash Forecasting & Planning\nSupport the production and ongoing enhancement of short- and medium-term cash forecasts, supporting longer-term planning as required.\nGather, review and challenge forecast inputs from regional finance teams and business stakeholders.\nAnalyse forecast variances and escalate emerging liquidity risks.\nPrepare clear cash flow insights and recommendations for Treasury management.\nTreasury Operations\nSupport daily treasury operations, ensuring activities are executed accurately and on time.\nMaintain banking arrangements, account administration and signatory records.\nSupport payment oversight and treasury-related operational processes.\nComplete treasury activities in line with internal policies, delegated authorities and agreed procedures.\nRisk Management & Controls\nOperate and evidence key treasury controls.\nMonitor compliance with treasury policies and governance requirements, escalating exceptions.\nSupport liquidity, counterparty and operational risk monitoring.\nMaintain treasury procedures and control documentation.\nAssist Internal Audit and Financial Control teams with evidence requests, remediation actions and control enhancements.\nReporting & Management Information\nPrepare regular treasury reporting for Treasury management and Finance stakeholders.\nDeliver accurate reporting on liquidity, cash positions, forecast accuracy and key treasury metrics.\nSupport preparation of Board, Audit Committee and Treasury Committee materials.\nProvide clear analysis and commentary on treasury performance, variances and emerging risks.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify practical opportunities to improve and automate treasury processes.\nSupport standardisation and adoption of good practice across treasury activities.\nAssist with implementation and testing of treasury systems, forecasting tools and reporting enhancements.\nDeliver agreed improvements that strengthen efficiency, consistency and control.\nExperience required\nPreferred but not essential\nExperience in either treasury or operational cash management, FP&A, or forecasting/budgeting role.\nExperience working with finance software (e.g. Nav/D365) and/or data analytic software (e.g. Power BI).\nFinance or Treasury qualification (e.g. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA or equivalent).\nRequirement:\nExperience managing senior-level stakeholders and building relationships across diverse teams and geographies.\nConfident individual able to manage their own workload effectively to meet deadlines.\nA strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and liaise at the appropriate level.\nA history of managing projects across national and international locations, delivering results in a commercial environment.\nEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a high-performance team.\nTo apply, please submit your application by Friday 30 October 2026.\nApplications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis; however, we encourage interested candidates to apply before the closing date.\nAbout FNZ\nFNZ is committed to opening up wealth so that everyone, everywhere can invest in their future on their terms.
