What you'll do
You'll run Focaldata's trackers and multi-market projects from start to finish.
- Owning trackers and multi-market projects end to end. You'll handle questionnaire design when required, scripting, translation coordination, fieldwork, quotas, data cleaning and data tables, across waves and across countries.
- Keeping long-term projects consistent. You'll protect trend data and version control, and document changes.
- Managing fieldwork closely. You'll advise and watch incidence, quotas and data quality market by market, and flag risks before they become problems.
- Being the client's trusted operational lead. Clients will rely on you for clear updates, sound methodological advice and realistic timelines. You'll lead the day-to-day communication.
- Making delivery better. You'll work with our product and engineering teams to improve the platform and our processes, and suggest how we can run trackers and multi-market work more efficiently
Who you are (skills and experience)
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years' experience in quantitative research, fieldwork management or research operations.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience running trackers and/or multi-country studies
- Strong survey design and scripting skills
- Experience cleaning raw data and running data tables, with high standards for accuracy
- Excellent organisation. You can manage several long-running projects at once without dropping details.
- Clear, confident communication with clients, including when you need to push back on timelines or scope
