This role ensures timely and accurate processing of payables, maintains strong internal controls, and supports store operations through effective monitoring of sales, cash, inventory, and expenses.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities include general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and inventory management.\nAccounts Payable: Includes invoice processing and vendor management activities. Review, validate and record supplier invoices ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate and updated vendor records and payment terms and handle account reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies if any.\nStore Accounting: Reconcile daily sales with POS reports across all payment channels. Ensure timely submission of store reports and supporting documents and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.\nFinancial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in month-end closing activities related to payables and store transactions\nSystems and Software: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.\nStreamlining Processes and Internal Control: Assist in improving accounting processes, control, and system efficiency\nJob Qualifications:\nGraduate of B.S. Accountancy or any related Accounting course\nFresh graduates are welcome to apply\nMust be a quick learner with a growth mindset\nIdeally with some experience in an accounting role in a similar industry (trading, manufacturing, etc.)\nYou are an ideal candidate if you are:\nEntrepreneurial: We are a team that is nimble and quick to adapt.
