Procurement Intern

About the Role

The Procurement Intern will support the Corporate Services Procurement team in day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to help ensure smooth and timely procurement operations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing vendors and requesting quotations for various company needs
• Support canvassing and comparison of supplier prices, quality, and lead times
• Help prepare purchase orders and monitor the status of requests and deliveries
• Assist in receiving and checking delivered items against purchase requests
• Maintain and organize procurement documents, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supplier files
• Update procurement trackers and reports for monitoring purchases and usage
• Coordinate with team members in monitoring stock levels of office supplies and materials
• Assist in encoding and updating system entries, such as Arrival Details in AX, when applicable
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, and data entry
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Admin, Finance, and other departments, to support procurement needs

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related course
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling data, documentation, and tracking
• Organized and able to manage files, documents, and multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive, willing to take initiative, and open to feedback
• Willing to learn procurement processes and systems
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with others

• Location: BGC, Taguig City
• Work Arrangement: Onsite, 4-5 days per week
