It also includes monitoring of orders up to its delivery as well as management and update of the ERP system.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Order processing and placement\nProcess orders received from end-users within the agreed-upon timeframe for the assigned local and/or international brands.\nCoordinate with vendors on any order-related issues, suggest adjustments, and revise POs as needed.\nClosely monitor and coordinate with vendors to ensure container loads are maximized and promised delivery dates are met.\nEnsures all related documents are in accordance with BIR regulations.\n2. Order Monitoring and Tracking\nUpdate the monitoring tracker and the ERP system after every order is sent to the vendor.\nRegularly follow up with vendors on any pending orders or shipments and provide updates to all stakeholders.\n3. Process Improvements and Special Projects\nContinuously review the current purchasing process and come up with cost-saving for the team.\nJob Qualifications:\nAt least 2 years of experience. International procurement is a plus\nStrong knowledge in all facets of Procurement including Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Reduction Strategies, and Vendor Management\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nFamiliarity with any ERP system is a plus\nYou Are an Ideal Candidate if You Are:\nEntrepreneurial: We are a team that is nimble and quick to adapt.
