Market & Consumer Insights\nMonitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.\nConduct store visits and provide insights on pricing, promotions, and merchandising.\nPrepare regular market, trend, and competitor reports.\n2. Content & Campaigns\nDevelop content plans, creative briefs, captions, and campaign messaging.\nCoordinate with designers, agencies, and partners on campaign and eCommerce assets.\nSupport product launches, promotions, events, and brand activations.\n3. Visual Merchandising\nDevelop and implement VM plans across assigned stores.\nCoordinate deployment and pull-out of marketing materials.\nMonitor store execution and maintain photo documentation.\n4. KOL, Affiliate & Live Selling\nIdentify and manage KOL/creator partnerships from briefing to post-campaign reporting.\nCoordinate affiliate marketing initiatives with Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams.\nSupport live-selling activities through calendars, product highlights, and creative materials.\nTrack performance and provide recommendations for improvement.\n5. Digital Marketing & Reporting\nCollaborate with Digital Marketing on integrated campaigns across social media, eCommerce, and other channels.\nMonitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.\nPrepare campaign recaps, performance reports, and regular management updates.\n6.
