Your goal is to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, guide teams through structured delivery processes, and ensure that initiatives are completed efficiently, on time, and with measurable impact.\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation (e.g., former software engineer or technical product manager) who enjoys solving problems holistically - not just in code.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Initiation & Planning\nTranslate business requirements into clear technical specifications, milestones, and deliverables.\nConduct user needs analysis through quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, time studies, data analysis).\nEvaluate technical feasibility and trade-offs with engineering leads.\nDevelop detailed project plans that prioritize tasks, define timelines, and identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.\nAlign business targets, marketing initiatives, and operational goals with project outcomes.\nExecution & Delivery\nManage sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and release coordination.\nTrack project progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, or Linear).\nAssign and monitor project tasks, follow up on blockers, and manage resource allocation and costs.\nConduct daily/weekly syncs, pre-launch reviews, and post-mortems for key releases.\nEnsure adherence to testing, QA, and deployment standards to maintain high delivery quality.\nDrive continuous improvement in delivery velocity, technical quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork with cross-functional teams in software engineering, design, marketing, and analytics.\nTranslate technical details into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.\nManage communication with internal and external partners, ensuring transparency and expectation alignment.\nCoordinate with third-party vendors, QA testers, and operations teams as needed.\nMetrics & Reporting\nTrack and analyze key delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, deployment frequency, defect rates).\nPrepare structured reports for leadership, covering project progress, risks, and resource allocation.\nUse data and feedback loops to recommend improvements and guide product roadmaps.\nQualifications:\nYou have:\n3+ years of experience in technical project management, product management, or software engineering.\nSolid understanding of web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node, Python, or PHP).\nExperience in managing e-commerce platforms, internal tools, or automation systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable reading logs, tracing issues, or interpreting API specs.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Notion.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.\nPreferred, but not required:\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).\nBackground in QA, DevOps, or systems integration projects.\nKnowledge of Flask, .NET, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.\nExperience using data analytics and customer insights to drive feature and UX improvements.\nYou are an ideal candidate if you are:\nTechnically fluent - you can read code, understand architecture diagrams, and speak the language of engineers\nExecution-focused - structured, organized, and relentless about delivering on time and with quality\nAnalytical & detail-oriented - you don’t just track tasks;
