Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. Combination of experience and education will be considered.\nProficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.\nOccasional travel required.\nComputer Skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office (required)\nAloha Point of Sale (preferred)\nHotschedules (preferred)\nWorkday (preferred)\nGuestBridge (preferred)\nMenuLink (preferred)\nPhysical Demands\nThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
