Check out our Work at fomo page.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day physical and social experience of our NYC office. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems before anyone has to ask - you'll be trusted with everything from executive and VIP support to running point on our office move this fall.\n\nResponsibilities include:\nLeading office logistics for our upcoming move (targeting 11/1) and ongoing space planning\n\nContinuously improving the office experience for employees\n\nPlanning team events, lunches, and off-sites\n\nCoordinating guest visits and VIP program bookings/logistics\n\nPreparing the office for external events, meetings, and content shoots\n\nKeeping the office stocked (supplies, snacks, drinks) and managing vendor relationships\n\nCoordinating daily lunch orders and catering\n\nServing as a front-of-house presence as more visitors and guests come through\n\nThis role is in-person in NYC.
