Description\nAppraise building plan submissions for sewerage and drainage works, as well as Water Service Notification, Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) applications, in accordance with applicable codes of practice and the Board’s requirements.\nConsult and coordinate with departments within PUB to process submissions in accordance with statutory legislation, standards and requirements stipulated by the Board, including submissions relating to new water connections and addition and alteration works.\nInterpret construction drawings and verify that submissions comply with the Board’s requirements. \nPrepare submission reports and maintain records of the number of submissions reviewed.\nExplore and develop methods to automate submission reviews where appropriate.\nPerform other submission-related duties as required by the Board.\n\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Diploma in Engineering, Building Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the Board.\nKnowledge of construction and the ability to interpret construction drawings.\nAbility to communicate effectively in English.\nAble
