Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance & Process Compliance Review and ensure all FM processes, SOPs, EOPs, workflows, and checklists comply with ISO standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. Validate that operational activities align with approved procedures and the QMS framework. Assist in the preparation, implementation, and improvement of quality assurance policies and guidelines. 2. QMS Support & Continuous Improvement Support the Quality Manager in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS 564 documentation and compliance. Participate in QMS reviews, gap analysis, and process enhancement initiatives. Coordinate change management for document revisions, version control, and procedural updates. 3. Audit & Compliance Monitoring Assist in planning and conducting internal audits, compliance assessments, and vendor audits. Track audit findings, NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure. Verify vendor service reports, statutory compliance certificates, and maintenance documentation. 4.
