Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• - Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
• - Create standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
• - Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• - Provide support in production to ensure production operations run smoothly and customer requirements are met.
• - Investigate non-conformance root cause and suggest corrective action.
• - Provide coaching and training to machinists on work procedures and instructions.
• - Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• - Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
• - Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
• - Good knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
• - Good knowledge of relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
• - Strong investigation and problem solving skills.
