We are opening our first Brazilian office in Campinas right now.\nYou are the right hand of Fernando, our Country Manager, and the person who makes this growth actually work: office, people, finance, admin, projects. Fernando sells and leads. You make sure everything around it runs, and you see problems before they hit the team. Nothing gets built at this pace without you - you are one of the most important hires we make in Brazil this year.\nThis is not an assistant role. You own your topics end to end, build the processes from scratch and grow into leading them as the team grows.\nOffice & Facilities\nSet up and own the Campinas office: fit-out, contractors, equipment, supplies, food & drinks\n\nFirst point of contact for everything office - you solve problems before others notice them\n\nScale the space with the team: from 7 desks to 100, including the next move when we outgrow the first office\n\nPeople Operations\nEvery new hire is fully set up from day one: desk, access, equipment, first-week plan\n\nOnboarding in waves: run the process for 5, 10, 20 people starting at once, hand in hand with our People team in Vienna\n\nLocal HR admin: contracts, documents, time off, offboarding - coordinated with our Brazilian accountant and payroll partner\n\nTeam events and offsites for the Brazil team, hosting visits from Vienna\n\nFinance & Admin\nLocal invoices, expenses and payments run correctly and on time and reach Finance in Vienna clean\n\nLocal registrations, insurance, supplier contracts, point of contact for our Brazilian accountant and legal counsel\n\nStructure in the local numbers: budget tracking, cost overview, no surprises\n\nRight hand to the Country Manager\nPrepare and follow up on leadership meetings, decisions and action items\n\nTrack the numbers that matter for Brazil and keep them visible to Fernando and the founders\n\nOwn projects that fall between the chairs: new tools, new processes, new locations\n\nBridge to Vienna: you know what HQ needs and make sure Brazil delivers it without slowing down\n\nWhat you bring\nRecent graduate from a top business school or first job under your belt, ideally with a startup, consulting or ops internship\n\nOwnership mentality: you see problems before they escalate and fix them proactively\n\nGeneralist by nature: you want to touch everything, learn fast and are not above any task\n\nOrganized down to the detail without losing sight of the big picture\n\nComfortable with Brazilian bureaucracy and vendors - or ready to become the person who is\n\nNative Portuguese, fluent English (our company language).
