Now we’re expanding globally and into new products.\nWe move fast, take ownership, give direct feedback, and avoid politics and unnecessary meetings.\nJoin one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.\nYour Role\nBuild and own Fonio’s data foundation, from the raw data to the models.\n\nCombine data from our own systems and third-party tools in one warehouse.\n\nBuild the models the business runs on, starting with CLTV.\n\nMake the data easy for anyone in the company to use, and make sure everyone gets the same answer.\n\nWhat to expect\nSet up and run the data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake) using off-the-shelf tools: buy the plumbing, build the models.\n\nBuild and maintain ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines, choosing cost-effective tools (e.g. Weld over Fivetran).\n\nOwn the modelling layer in dbt (or similar), and automate as much as possible.\n\nBuild a cohort-based CLTV model first, then other core models such as retention and payback.\n\nDefine the key metrics (CAC, CLTV, churn, activation) once, and document them as the single source of truth.\n\nOpen the warehouse to the team so anyone can query it and build dashboards with Claude, with the right access controls in place.\n\nSet up data tests and monitoring so people can trust the numbers.\n\nWork closely with the founders and the marketing team, turning business questions into models.\n\nWho We're Looking For\nYou're comfortable building data pipelines and ML models - Python, SQL, and modern ML tooling are second nature\n\nYou understand paid media well enough to know what signals matter and how platforms consume them\n\nExperience with attribution, conversion APIs, or offline conversion uploads is a strong plus\n\nHardworking, analytical, structured, and a natural fit for a direct, ambitious culture\n\nFluent in English (as this is our business language)\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive Salary: €65.000-€130.000\n\nEquity -
