You'll work closely with GTM leadership to improve how we plan, forecast, measure performance, and execute across the customer lifecycle.\nYou'll own key operational processes, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure our teams have the data, systems, and structure they need to perform at their best.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving how teams work together, and turning data into better decisions.\nWhat You'll Do\nRevenue Operations\nOwn and improve core GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships\n\nMonitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and funnel performance across the customer lifecycle\n\nManage forecasting processes and support revenue planning activities\n\nSupport territory planning, account ownership, and capacity planning initiatives\n\nDrive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with GTM leadership\n\nProcess & Performance\nIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions\n\nStandardise processes and ways of working across commercial teams\n\nBuild metrics and reporting that improve visibility into business performance\n\nEnsure teams are operating against clear targets, definitions, and performance measures\n\nSupport planning cycles and strategic initiatives across the revenue organisation\n\nSystems & Tooling\nOwn and optimise the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce and supporting platforms\n\nManage system enhancements, integrations, workflows, and automation projects\n\nEvaluate and implement tools that improve productivity, data quality, and operational efficiency\n\nPartner with stakeholders to ensure systems support evolving business requirements\n\nBusiness Partnership\nPartner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations\n\nDeliver analysis and recommendations that influence business decisions\n\nSupport executive reporting, forecasting, and board-level insights\n\nAct as a trusted operational advisor to GTM leadership\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Operations, or a similar role\n\nExperience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS organisations\n\nStrong Salesforce experience and a deep understanding of commercial processes\n\nExperience building and scaling revenue processes, reporting frameworks, and operational infrastructure\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations\n\nExperience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships\n\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\n\nStrong Signals\nExperience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and modern GTM technology platforms\n\nFamiliarity with automation tools and workflow optimisation\n\nExperience with SQL, BI platforms, or advanced spreadsheet modelling\n\nExperience supporting forecasting, territory planning, and executive reporting\n\nProven ability to improve operational efficiency and drive adoption of new processes\n\nWhat This Role Is Not\nA Salesforce Administrator role with a different title\n\nA reporting-only analyst position\n\nA project management role without operational ownership\n\nA systems engineering position focused primarily on integrations and architecture\n\nA people management role\n\nWhy Join Fonoa?\nWe're building a modern, AI-enabled operating system for tax.
