Thanks to the API docs, you can learn about how our API works and how it is structured.\nPlease visit our API documentation and learn more about our API endpoints and how to use them - https://docs.fonoa.com/.\nWhat you will do\nPartner with our Sales team to articulate the Fonoa value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.\n\nCreate and deliver product and technical presentations to new and existing customers.\n\nQualify sales opportunities through technical discovery based on needs and problems with customers.\n\nBe an expert in Fonoa’s API capabilities, advocate for improvements and influence the product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.\n\nDrive technical discussions with customers, answering questions and providing guidance on technical features and integration.\n\nOwn technical scoping, gap analysis and technical implementation plans.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the organisation.\n\nYou are comfortable supporting customers on technical issues where necessary.\n\nYou are extremely organised and apply a methodical approach to delivering.\n\nYou would be a great fit if\nYou are fully proficient in English. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170K-$200K + commission + equity + benefits, and represents Fonoa’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, relevant skill set, certifications, and geographic office location.
