Our RWS Transform division empowers organizations to accelerate digital transformation, scale global content, and unlock growth in every market.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nIndependently manage complex Linguistic Validation projects from initiation through final delivery.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to expected quality standards.\nMonitor project progress, maintain accurate project trackers and ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.\nManage project budgets, invoicing and change orders, ensuring financial control and profitability.\nIdentify, manage and escalate project risks, resource constraints and quality issues when required.\nCoordinate and support cross-functional project teams, ensuring responsibilities and priorities are clearly understood.\nSupport the coaching and mentoring of junior team members.\nIdentify opportunities for account growth and contribute to proposals and revenue expansion.\nIdentify and support improvements to processes, localization practices and ways of working.\nMaintain accurate project and client KPI information across relevant systems.\nEnsure project delivery consistently meets client requirements and RWS processes and standards.\nSkills & Experience\n5-7 years of Project Management experience or experience in a similar role.\nExperience independently managing complex projects in a structured, deadline-driven environment.\nStrong knowledge of Linguistic Validation processes and stakeholders.\nStrong client management/customer service experience, with confidence acting as the main client contact.\nExperience with budget management, project financials and profitability.\nStrong project planning, organization and analytical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to complex projects and changing priorities.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to identify risks, delivery challenges and opportunities for process improvement.\nExperience supporting or mentoring junior team members is beneficial.\nDegree or qualification in Project Management, Business or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience with translation management systems, CAT tools and AI-assisted productivity tools is desirable.\nPMP certification and fluency in an additional language are advantageous.\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
