Who We're Looking For

Engineers who own features end-to-end, from API design to frontend polish. You're comfortable making architectural decisions across the stack and shipping fast without sacrificing quality. You've worked in environments where you had to figure out what to build, not just how to build it. 2-8 years of experience, ideally with time at a high-growth company.

Interview Process

Most Fonzi companies run a lean, respectful process: screening conversation focused on communication and genuine curiosity, technical deep-dive on architecture and system design, then a coding or pairing session.
