maximize their skills \nCarry out staff interviews and Induction Training\nManage absence and disciplinary issues within the restaurant, seeking specialist HR advice where required\nConduct management meetings\n\nKey Performance Indicators:\nBudget vs. Actual\nLabour Turnover\nNumber of Bad and damage\nContribution to total output\n\nSkills, Competencies and Requirements:\nFunctional
