Reports:\n\nJob Purpose\n\nThe Ops Admin Coordinator will provide analytical and financial analysis support for the various projects within the Group.\n\nCore Responsibilities and Key Result Areas\n\nOps Project Coordination and Analyst\nManage the operations admin ensuring timely delivery on administrative tasks in line with the deliverables for the Ops Admin Associate/Officer and the store Support Associate.\nManage the data collection for operations support.\nPrepare progress reports of all Operations project and follow up on required persons on deliverable timelines on operations project.\nDevelop Operations project plan and track progress on key performance metrics as may be assigned by the Head of Operations.\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.\nCoordinate internal resources (stakeholders) and third parties/vendors (as may be applicable) for the flawless execution of projects.\nCoordinate and follow up on key Operations deliverables on ICG/any Operations POS system functionality utilization.\nAnalyse detailed financial information along with current and past trends in key performance indicators to provide accurate and timely financial and operational in-depth analysis for Operational decisions making.\nSupport with analysis and trackers to drive operations initiatives for improvement through accurate financial information and analysis.\nWork on business cases along side with the team, supporting the Operations team from\nDevelop margin sensitivity analysis across the Business.\nComplete analyst on any ad-hoc analysis required for operations management.\n.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nDevelop insightful presentations and slides with data.\nExceptional financial modelling and scenario analysis skills, with an expert understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful\nProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.\nProven ability to solve problems creatively.\nStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices\n\nKnowledge Requirements\n\nA good first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline\nEnergetic, eager to understand the business, action-oriented mind-set.\nStrong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI\nExcellent communication skills both oral and written to work within multi-functional teams.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\nA good first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline\n\nRequirements\n\nEducational Requirements\n\nProfessional Requirements\n\nExperience Requirements\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field\n\nRelevant professional certifications is an added advantage\n\n-Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.\n-Experience in a Consulting firm in a similar role is an asset\n\nDecision Expectations\n\nActs on defined procedures and
