This role involves everything related to project and time management\n\nCore Responsibilities and Key Result Areas\n\nProject Management\nResponsible for the development of all acquired sites according to standards and specifications\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\nDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\nEnsure availability and allocation of resources\nDevelop a detailed project work plan to track progress\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project schedule and costs\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques\nManage the relationship between client and all stakeholders and escalate to management as needed\nEstablish and maintain relationship with third party vendors\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation\nTrack project performance specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals\nResponsible for Liaising /negotiating with building or developing contractors & consultants in conjunction with the technical \nPartners throughout the life span of each project.\nReview and seek approvals for all architectural proposals and drawings of all sites\nRisk Management/ Compliance\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks\nEnsure adequate compliance to all company policies, internal control processes and approved processes\nEnsure compliance with territorial governments' judgments, statutes and laws while acquiring and developing sites\n\nKey Performance Indicators\n\nEstimated rate of project completion\nProjects return on investment (ROI)\nTime spent on the project by team members\nLevel of resource capacity i.e. number of resources working on a project multiplied by the \npercentage of time\nNumber of project milestones completed within the required timeline\n\nKnowledge Requirements\n\nKnowledge of team management and leadership\nGood negotiation skills\nKnowledge of project scheduling\nKnowledge of cost and risk and cost management\nKnowledge of contract management and suppliers\nKnowledge of processes in the Food/QSR industry\nStrong organizational and managerial skills.\n\nJob Specifications\n\nEducational Requirements\n\nProfessional Requirements\n\nExperience Requirements\n\nHave tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or a similar field\nPossession of A Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP)/ PRINCE II Certification is a Plus\n\nMinimum of 5-6 Previous experience in structures such as tunnels, culverts, bridges, etc.\nGood understanding and demonstrative experience in civil engineering and technical elements\n\nDecision Expectations\n\nEnsure Projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget,\nEnsure all Acquired sites are developed according to standards and specifications\nEnforces agreed decisions\nMaintains Comprehensive Project Documentation\n\nWorking Conditions\n\nJobholder typically work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although sometimes the role may involve working during weekends or evening to meet tight deadlines. This role is both office-based and field based, as jobholder will be required to visit project sites.
