The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation, manual testing, and data validation, and will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across our web, mobile, backend, and data-driven products. As QA Lead, you’ll guide junior testers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that releases are timely, high-quality, and compliant with healthcare standards.\nYou will\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of test cases, test plans, and test scripts for features and releases\nCoordinate testing efforts across web UI, mobile apps, APIs, and backend services\nDevelop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools\nValidate data quality and transformations across data pipelines and Data Lakes\nSupport testing for AI/ML models and ensure output consistency and accuracy\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure CI/CD integration and fast feedback loops\nTrack and report on test coverage, defect including 3-5 years in a lead or senior QA role\nProgramming knowledge with Typescript/Javascript and/or Python\nStrong hands-on experience in automated UI/API testing framework like Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Protractor.\nExperience testing mobile apps test automation.\nFamiliarity with data quality testing in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Redshift, S3)\nComfortable writing and executing SQL queries for backend validation\nExposure to AI/ML product testing or model verification workflows\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle\nExcellent communication and coordination skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBack end development with node.js and TypeScript/Javascript.\nAdvanced SQL knowledge and proficiency in working with relational databases.\nFamiliarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Apache Airflow or Luigi.\nHands-on experience with data warehouse
