From ideation and sourcing to logistics and customer service, we partner with brands to turn consumers into fans.\nWe are searching for a Marketing Project Coordinator to help oversee multiple clients in collaboration with a Project Manager. The Marketing Project Coordinator will collaborate cross-departmentally to execute the campaigns and ensure the campaign adheres to timelines and within budget.\nOn any given day, you might:\nSet up and manage project management boards for assigned campaigns\nCreate and maintain project kickoff documentation\nSupport all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through fulfillment\nAttend client meetings alongside the Project Manager\nManage project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and status reporting\nEnsure internal teams and vendors meet project deadlines\nAdvocate for both client and Fooji team needs\nIdentify, communicate, and escalate project issues to the Project Manager\nConduct campaign quality assurance (QA) and provide feedback to enhance the Fooji platform\nSupport campaign fulfillment, including prizes and gifts\nResearch, source, and recruit nano-, micro-, and mid-tier creators across social media platforms based on brand profiles and campaign objectives\nAssist in creator outreach, track responses, and identify gifting opportunities\nRequirements\nThe ideal person\nYou know how to turn chaos into clarity\nYou love a good challenge and aren't afraid to think outside the box to find creative solutions\nYou're an Asana pro (or other PM tool) who knows how to keep projects moving and tasks on track\nYou know how to rally cross-functional teams and keep everyone accountable\nYou can pivot like a pro and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment\nYou're a natural communicator who knows how to get the message across, whether it's an email, meeting, or quick Slack message\nYou bring\nYou're tech-savvy and comfortable navigating software and platforms (no coding required!)\nYou've got a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience under your belt\nYou bring project management experience or a PMP certification to the table\nBonus points\nYou've got experience bringing social media campaigns to life\nYou're familiar with the B2B world and know how to navigate client relationships\nYou've got an eye for great creators and experience sourcing talent or working in the influencer and creator space\nYou've got a creative spark and love bringing fresh ideas to the table\nYou've got experience with sweepstakes, giveaways, or promotional campaigns and know what goes into making them happen\nBenefits\nAll of the great perks:\n Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance;
