You'll support a friendly and collaborative Business Development team who ultimately support the firm's business development activities aimed at identifying, targeting, and capturing new business opportunities.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nBe a part of the Client Development team who work together to identify and win new business as well as delivering to our existing clients.\nSupport Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Executives (BDEs) with their business development activities and client and campaign development.\nExternal and internal communications - support the BD team in generating content to share through our internal and external communications channels.\nCompany/sector research requests - assist the team in collating company-related research to support planning and drive sector strategies and individual sales opportunities.\nEvents & hospitality - offer ad hoc industry event support to the team.\nCRM - support the CRM Manager to make sure marketing lists are updated etc.\nSupport the coordination and submission of legal directories.\nProvide diligent and proactive support as part of the delivery of our Principal Partner relationship with Bristol Bears.\nOffer varied administrative support throughout the team.\n________________________________________ \nWhat we’re looking for\nThis will be a varied and exciting role working with and learning from a friendly and talented BD team to help support our business development activities. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:\nPrevious admin experience working in a business environment.\nAn interest in starting a career in business development with a passion for learning.\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nA high level of accuracy and attention to detail (for proof reading).\nGood stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to changing priorities.\nConfident PowerPoint, Word, and Excel capabilities.\nA shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.\n________________________________________ \nWhat if I don't tick every box?\nWe're not box tickers.
