This is an opportunity to shape meaningful change in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.\n________________________________________\nWhat you’ll do\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:\nStrategic Project Delivery\nLead large-scale transformation projects from initiation through to delivery and benefits realisation.\nManage scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.\nEnsure projects deliver agreed outcomes, value and strategic objectives.\nMaintain effective governance, reporting and delivery oversight.\nStakeholder Leadership\nBuild strong relationships with senior leaders, partners and stakeholders.\nProvide delivery leadership, challenge and strategic guidance.\nFacilitate decision-making and manage competing priorities.\nLead cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nManage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.\nSupport business cases and investment decisions.\nTrack benefits, value delivery and return on investment.\nEnsure effective use of project resources.\nGovernance, Risk & Assurance\nEstablish and maintain robust governance and reporting frameworks.\nProactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.\nEnsure delivery aligns with agreed standards and controls.\nEscalate key risks and delivery concerns where appropriate.\nChange & Adoption\nSupport business readiness and successful implementation of change.\nDrive stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities.\nWork closely with Digital Adoption and business teams to embed change.\nMonitor adoption and benefits realisation.\nPortfolio & Transformation Support\nContribute to portfolio planning, prioritisation and transformation roadmaps.\nChampion continuous improvement in project delivery practices.\nShare lessons learned and best practice across the Transformation Team.\nSupport the ongoing development of the firm's project management capability.\n________________________________________\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou'll be an experienced project professional with a proven track record of delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives. You'll be confident operating at pace, influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.\nEssential\nSignificant experience delivering complex projects and transformation programmes.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nExperience managing project budgets, resources and third-party suppliers.\nStrong understanding of project governance, risk and delivery frameworks.\nExperience delivering measurable business outcomes and benefits.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.\nDesirable\nExperience within legal, professional services or regulated environments.\nExperience delivering technology and digital transformation programmes.\nKnowledge of organisational change and adoption principles.\nExperience supporting business transformation or operating model change.\nPRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM or equivalent project management qualifications.\nKey skills\nStrong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.\nExcellent planning, organisation and delivery management skills.\nCommercial awareness and focus on value creation.\nEffective communication, presentation and facilitation skills.\nAbility to influence decisions and build consensus across stakeholder groups.\n________________________________________\nWhat if I don't tick every box?\nWe're not box tickers.
