We’re hiring a senior full-stack engineer who’s excited about this direction and can own a key product/component-from architecture to delivery-while collaborating tightly with Product, UX, Product Ops, and customers.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn a major component of our product (design, build, ship, and iterate).\nBuild full-stack features across web UI, backend services, and integrations.\nWork closely with PM/UX to turn ambiguous problems into simple, delightful workflows.\nPartner with Product Ops and customers to validate needs, iterate quickly, and drive adoption.\nUse AI tooling to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation.\nImprove quality and velocity through strong engineering practices (testing, observability, code reviews, CI/CD). \n 4+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack ownership in production systems.\nStrong frontend skills (modern JS/TS frameworks) and backend/API development experience.\nTrack record of shipping quickly without sacrificing reliability or user experience.\nProduct-minded: comfortable with customer feedback loops and making tradeoffs.\nExcellent collaboration and communication across functions (PM, UX, Ops).\nPassion for AI agents/automation, browser workflows, or developer productivity.\nNice to have\nExperience with test automation, QA tooling, Playwright/Selenium, or browser instrumentation.\nExperience with LLM/agent systems, evals, prompt/tooling design, or workflow orchestration.\nStartup experience (0→1, fast iteration, high ownership).\nWhy join\nHigh ownership, direct customer impact, and rapid iteration.\nBuild the future of AI-driven QA and browser automation with a small, focused team. \n Foothill Ventures is an equal opportunity employer.
