In 2019, Acushnet Company partnered with KJUS, joining our brand with other fantastic labels like Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey\nThe Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative will report to the Director Sourcing & Administrative Director LKI Offices.\nKey Responsabilities:\nSupport our B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representative, Distributors through inside sales support in Mainland Europe with a focus on premium service and long-term relationships\nCheck, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, and written)\nCoordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe\nProcess returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy and efficiency\nCooperate with logistics partners, monitor and ensure timely delivery\nProvide customer sales advice, including order and delivery statistics, availability, and product information.\nProvide flexible support across the Customer Service team based on workload and business priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations\nSupport B2C-customers\nRequirements :\nCommercial or retail-oriented basic education\n2 -
