In 2019, Acushnet Company partnered with KJUS, joining our brand with other fantastic labels like Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey\nWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our UK team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer support.\nResponsibilities:\nExpert in answering phone calls and customer emails to address customer concerns in a professional, efficient, and caring manner.\nEvaluate, process, and complete warranty claims with professionalism and superior customer service.\nAccount Invoicing.\nSupport in managing the accuracy, availability, and data integrity of inventory (including salesman samples) across all business systems.\nMaintain customer files, orders, correspondence, invoices, payments.\nEnter & process pre book orders.\nConsistent communication with Operations Manager and Logistics Team.\n Prepare sales statistics and reports to support sales team.\nRetain a vast understanding of product lines.\nMaintain working knowledge of company policy with regards to products and service policies\nContact clients and agents to provide sales, product, pricing, and inventory data as required by sales team.\nGeneral administrative support to internal departments and cross-collaboration with KJUS corporate offices in US and satellite office in mainland Europe (multi-language skills not required but a plus).\nAssist with accurate, timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.\nAssist with order processing and re-order requests\nHelp with occasional golf or ski events.\nCoordinate with the marketing and e-commerce on direct-to-consumer promotions, events, etc. \nYour Profile:\nBachelor’s degree and minimum experience of 2-3 years in an e-commerce or customer service experience.
