Accounting Manager.\nKey responsabilities:\nResponsible for bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing, reporting, payments, coordination with external consultants, and intercompany reconciliation activities.\nSupport accounts receivable activities, including serving as backup for invoice processing.\nSupport accounts payable activities, including payment initiation.\nSupport the Financial Accounting Manager in various projects, analyses, and technical accounting matters.\nCollaborate with and provide required information to the Shared Service Center to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.\nManage the general Finance mailbox, including communication with customers and vendors.\nOversee the dunning process and support cash collection activities.\nPrepare quarterly reporting packages for all entities.\nMaintain VAT tax codes within the ERP system.\nEnsure proper document storage and records retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nRequirements:\nCommercial Education with further education in Finance and Accounting or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance position within an international business environment.\nStrong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.\nProficient user of ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nComfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic international environment.\nAbility to work independently while effectively coordinating with shared services
