Here, your performance has purpose.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nJoin Acushnet Company's Trade Compliance team and play a key role in supporting our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and international trade activities. This position is responsible for coordinating customs documentation, auditing inventory and shipment transactions, maintaining compliance records, and supporting Canada-bound and other cross-border shipments. Working closely with Distribution, Logistics, Customer Service, and Trade Compliance teams, you will help ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements while gaining hands-on experience in FTZ operations, inventory control, and customs regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialized trade compliance expertise, contribute to process improvements, and grow into a critical backup resource for FTZ operations.\nWhat you Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customs compliance, international trade, import/export operations, transportation, or a related field preferred.\nExperience working with shipping documentation, inventory records, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or trade compliance activities is a plus, but not required.\nStrong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.\nExceptional attention to detail with the ability to review, audit, and maintain accurate documentation.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nInterest in developing expertise in Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, customs compliance, and international trade.\nExperience with ERP systems, inventory management systems, SAP, or logistics platforms is a plus.\nExposure to customs brokerage, freight forwarding, international transportation, or import/export operations is preferred but not required.\nOur Commitment to You\nAt Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
