This role also plays a key part in resolving employee concerns, driving talent acquisition efforts, and helping cultivate a positive workplace culture that supports the organization's long-term goals and success.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nMBA preferred, but not required.\n3-5 years of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and/or Human Resources Generalist experience, preferably supporting a similar business environment or a high-volume, fast-paced organization.\nDemonstrated ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and organizational skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.\nStrong computer proficiency; experience with Workday preferred.\nKnowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and general HR practices.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.\nFlexibility to work hours that may vary based on business needs, including occasional off-hours support.\nOur Commitment to You\nAt Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
