You’ll manage your workload through our in-house system, FreshService, stay organised throughout the day, and work to ensure everything is completed to a high standard.\nIn this role, you’ll help keep our spaces up to FORA’s exceptional standards, completing day-to-day repairs, resolving maintenance tickets, supporting member requests, and carrying out proactive building walks to maintain a consistently high level of presentation across the site.\nYour work will play a key part in creating a safe, seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone who uses our spaces.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuilding Maintenance & Visual Standards\n Complete general maintenance tasks assigned through FreshService.\nEnsure your buildings consistently meet (and exceed!) our visual standard audits.\nCarry out regular building walks and log anything that needs attention.\nAlways leave your workspace clean, tidy, and ready for the next task.\nCommunication & Coordination\n Keep general managers of our Workspaces updated on progress of tasks\nProvide clear handovers when passing jobs to third-party contractors.\nFlag recurring issues to your supervisor and ask for support where needed.\nOrganisation & Stock Management\nPlan your day effectively to support the building’s priorities.\nKeep storage areas well-organised and fully COSHH compliant.\nMaintain stock levels and help speed up turnaround by ordering accurately.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nFollow all FORA policies and current H&S legislation.\nWork safely, responsibly, and with pride in the standards you set.\nRequirements\nWe’d Love to Hear From You If You Have…\nSolid all-round building maintenance skills (painting, minor repairs, wall mounting, carpet tiling, furniture builds).\nExperience working in a customer-facing building or facilities environment ideally at multi site level\nConfident hand and power tool skills.\nExperience supporting and coordinating with contractors.\nAbility to manage tasks using systems like FreshService.\nClear, friendly written and verbal communication skills.\nBenefits\nAt Fora we energise and empower people to create their best work.
