Обязанности:
  • Правовое сопровождение банковского бизнеса (переводы, вклады, счета, банковские карты, вопросы идентификации граждан РФ и иностранных граждан и пр.).
  • Подготовка правовых заключений, аналитических справок и информационных обзоров по изменениям законодательства и судебной практики, своевременное информирование подразделений банка по изменениям в законодательстве.
  • Консультирование сотрудников банка по правовым вопросам.
  • Участие в разработке и внедрении новых банковских продуктов с точки зрения правовых рисков.
Требования:
  • Высшее юридическое образование.
  • Опыт работы в банковском секторе строго обязателен!
  • Навыки подготовки правовых заключений, аналитических материалов, обзоров законодательства.
  • Системное мышление, внимательность к деталям.
  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки, умение доносить сложные правовые вопросы простым языком.
Условия:
  • Официальное трудоустройство, стабильная "белая" заработная плата.
  • График работы 5/2, Пн-Чт с 09:00 до 18:00, Пт с 09:00 до 16:45.
  • Работа в современном офисе в команде профессионалов.
