Your ability to multitask, build relationships with stakeholders and acquire top talent will be essential for taking our organization to the next level.\nManage recruitment pipelines end-to-end for a range of junior to senior roles while working in a fast-paced environment.\nBuild effective candidate generation and sourcing strategies to acquire high-caliber talent from various recruitment platforms for both technical and functional roles.\nCoordinate with candidates for scheduling assessments and interviews while executing hiring drives and campus recruitment activities.\nDemonstrate excellent communication skills while connecting with candidates and guiding them through our recruitment process.\nBuilding talent pipelines for key positions in the organization\nEnsure that candidates have a smooth and seamless recruiting experience.\nCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring that our leadership team and recruitment vendors are kept in the loop about the status of each candidate.\n\nRequirements:\nMust have at least a bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience as a technical recruiter.\nMust be able to independently work on critical open positions.\nMust have knowledge about tech stack requirements of IT positions\nMust have excellent business judgment and time management skills.\nMust be a go-getter and a team player with excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a solid work ethic.\nAbility to find different methodologies to source talent\nMust have strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.\n\nWork‑from‑Home Requirements:\nHigh‑speed internet for calls and collaboration.\nA capable, reliable computer (modern CPU, 16GB+ RAM).\nHeadphones with clear audio quality.\nStable power and backup arrangements.\n\nForage AI is an equal opportunity employer.
