You're a senior digital designer with strong product instincts and excellent visual craft. You can design an experience end to end, and you understand what makes something stop the scroll, communicate quickly and feel credible in-feed.\nAI is already part of how you work. You use it to explore ideas, create visual directions, prototype interactions and get testable experiences in front of people quickly. Give you an ambiguous brief and you'll come back with several genuinely different creative and experience directions that can be tested before they require full engineering time.\nYou'll work closely with Paid Social, Growth, Product, Engineering and Data. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Design. You'll be based in a UK or US time zone with regular overlap with CST.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign full experiences from social. Create landing pages, listicles, comparison pages, quizzes, assessments, calculators and partner experiences for people arriving from paid social. Make them mobile first, quick to understand and built around one clear action.\nConcept the creative that leads there. Work with Paid Social and Demand Gen on social creative, bringing genuinely different visual and conceptual routes rather than variations of one idea.\nConnect the ad to the destination. Design the creative and post-click experience as one system, so the promise, message and visual language carry through.\nWork faster with AI. Use AI to explore ideas, prototype experiences and produce creative. Turn approaches that work into repeatable workflows the wider team can use.\nDesign from what you learn. Work with Data and Paid Social to understand how experiences and creative perform, and use those learnings to shape the next iteration.\nBuild reusable systems. Create components, page patterns and creative frameworks that make each new experiment faster without lowering quality.\nRaise the design bar. Mentor designers on visual craft, designing for paid traffic and AI-assisted workflows, and help set standards as the team grows.\nRequirements:\n8+ years in product, digital or experience design, with meaningful work in growth, acquisition or consumer experiences\nA strong portfolio showing end-to-end digital experiences and excellent visual design, including typography, hierarchy, composition, art direction, mobile design and conversion-focused work\nExperience designing for paid traffic, with examples of how performance or experimentation changed your design decisions. \nWorking knowledge of demand generation and performance marketing, including funnels, CTR, CPL, CPA and creative testing\nStrong product and interaction design fundamentals, particularly for mobile and conversion-focused experiences\nA clear view on where AI improves the work and where it doesn't\nConfidence presenting work and explaining design decisions to marketing, product, engineering and data partners\nNice to haves:\nPaid social creative for Meta that ran, with an understanding of what you learned from the results\nWorking knowledge of demand gen and performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA and creative testing\nExperience building working prototypes with tools like Claude Code, Cursor or v0\nExperience with AI image or video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney or Krea\nMotion or short-form video using After Effects, Premiere, CapCut or similar\nFront-end familiarity with HTML, CSS, React or similar\nLead gen, affiliate, financial services or comparison
