the product strategy and roadmap for technical initiatives across the business, aligned to overall business goals - balancing innovation with execution readiness and available technical capacity. \nBuild and maintain a prioritised, transparent backlog, ensuring the roadmap reflects the evolving needs of the business and the realities of technical delivery. \nRequirements & delivery\nLead the development lifecycle of technical product initiatives, from early-stage requirements gathering through delivery and ongoing optimisation. \nCollaborate with business stakeholders to turn strategic goals into clear functional and non-functional requirements. \nTranslate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories that engineering teams can implement effectively and efficiently. \nArchitecture, platform & scalability\nWork hand-in-hand with technical leads to shape platform architecture, prioritise infrastructure improvements, and ensure systems are secure, scalable and extensible. \nHelp define the internal processes and documentation standards that enable repeatable, scalable technical delivery across multiple teams and initiatives. \nAI, automation & data\nPartner closely with Data and Analytics to identify where AI, automation or intelligent tooling can enhance workflows and user experience. \nEvaluate use cases on feasibility, technical constraints and ROI, and turn the strongest into delivered capabilities that move the numbers that matter. \nStakeholder communication\nServe as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams, keeping everyone aligned on product vision, delivery status and the technical trade-offs being made. \nAct as the central point of contact for your initiatives, keeping senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams aligned on shared outcomes. \nWhat you’ll bring:\n4+ years in technical product management (or a related role), ideally in a platform, infrastructure, with a track record of delivering high-impact products. \nProven ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and product plans. \nStrong grasp of APIs, data pipelines, platform architecture and modern development practices. \nComfortable working closely with engineering teams and holding your own in technical discussions. \nExperience evaluating the business value and feasibility of AI, automation and analytics-driven solutions. \nExemplary communication and stakeholder skills, with a proven ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. \nData-driven, curious and proactive, with a practical mindset focused on delivering value through iterative, testable solutions. \nHappy to be hands-on in a fast-moving, expanding team.\nForbes
