quality and improving operational efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCMS Operations & Content Implementation\n\nBuild and update digital content across assigned business areas, meeting deadlines, and quality standards.\n\nManage assigned tasks independently, prioritizing work based on deadlines and business requirements.\n\nUse WordPress and other CMS platforms confidently to implement page components, templates, and content changes, applying CMS best practice.\n\nCMS Troubleshooting & Improvements\n\nUse WordPress and broader CMS expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and report issues, providing clear details to support investigation and resolution.\n\nSuggest improvements to CMS workflows and processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.\n\nSupport testing of WordPress and other CMS updates, new templates, and workflow enhancements.\n\nSlideshow Creation & Syndication\n\nBuild and publish slideshows in WordPress for syndication across external platforms,\n\nusing strong knowledge of WordPress publishing tools and workflows.\n\nEnsure slideshows meet platform specific formatting, content, and quality guidelines.\n\nCoordinate with relevant teams to maintain publishing schedules and resolve\n\n·syndication issues.\nQuality Assurance\n\nReview content for formatting, accuracy, page structure, SEO requirements, and\n\ncompliance with established WordPress and CMS guidelines.\n\nIdentify errors and resolve implementation issues before content is published.\n\nFollow quality assurance processes consistently to minimize errors and rework.\n\nTeam Support & Collaboration\n\nAct as a CMS expert within the team, supporting colleagues with WordPress and CMS\n\nguidance, best practice, and knowledge sharing.\n\nCollaborate with relevant teams to clarify requirements and resolve content\n\n·implementation issues.\n\nWork with cross functional teams on branded landing pages and other special content\n\n·initiatives as required.\nSkills & Experience\n\nRequired\n\nMinimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience\n\nStrong experience using WordPress, AEM, or similar CMS platforms, with particular\n\nExpertise in WordPress and its advanced content authoring features.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.\n\nGood communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\n\nGood to have\n\nUnderstanding of on page and off page SEO principles.\n\nExperience supporting or training colleagues on WordPress and other CMS workflows.\n\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS,
