Drive best practices and continuous learning.\nTech Strategy: Contribute to long-term technology vision, evaluate new tools/frameworks, and de-risk architectural decisions.\nDevOps and CI/CD: Collaborate on infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and observability practices.\nSecurity and Compliance: Ensure engineering outputs meet high standards of security, data privacy, and compliance (e. g., GLBA, GDPR, CCPA, etc. ).\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.\n12+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in full-stack development.\nDeep expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.\nProven experience architecting complex systems and influencing tech direction at scale.\nSolid understanding of data structures, system design, API design, and microservices.\nExperience with cloud-native apps, containers, and DevOps workflows.\nStrong communication, mentorship, and leadership-by-influence skills.\n\nTech Stack: \nFrontend: React, Redux/Context API, TypeScript, Tailwind/CSS-in-JS\nBackend: Node.js, Express/Nest.js, TypeScript\nAPI: REST, GraphQL\nDatabase: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis\nInfra/DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP\nTesting: Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, Supertest\n\nLeadership and Team: \nProven experience in coaching and mentoring a team of developers.\nProven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.\nAbility to conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.\nExperience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).\nAbility to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical concepts to
