You’ll play a key role in our Digital Marketing team, leveraging your Excel proficiency, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking to craft unique, data-driven marketing approaches. This internship offers an exciting chance to sharpen your analytical capabilities and creative problem solving skills while making meaningful contributions to our marketing goals. \nIndividuals selected for our Internship Program will actively contribute to our company’s growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our internship program is based in the Seaport District of Boston. Throughout the summer, interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand’s progress. \nKey Responsibilities:\nCampaign Optimization: Assist in monitoring and adjusting paid retail media marketing campaigns to drive incremental sales and ensure efficient use of budget.\nPerformance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.\nKeyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for optimizing content and improving visibility on search engines.\nContent Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure web and product content is optimized for both search engines and user experience. \nCompetitive Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to understand market positioning, identify content optimization opportunities, and uncover innovative strategies for enhancing our digital marketing efforts.\n Affiliate Program Management: Track and report on the performance of affiliate programs, manage creator outreach, and ensure alignment with marketing goals.\nAI Utilization: Leverage Claude to support work across all assigned responsibilities: conducting research, synthesizing data, drafting and refining content, brainstorming ideas, and identifying opportunities to share useful AI applications with the broader team.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution.
